We are looking for Reward Analyst – Compensation & Benefits to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore, IN.

The work of the HR team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees. This Total Reward team is a global function within the HR team and has a small, shared service team based in India which the role will be part of. The team is responsible for providing a consistently great customer experience and making sure services are delivered optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements. The Shared Services Team also includes responsibility for improvement - how can systems, processes and data be optimized to make the service even better and take a pro-active approach to lead not just respond to the wider team and business requirements.

Support the Reward CoE with the delivery of cyclical events including the annual compensation cycle and benefits renewal activities. Support employees & work with colleagues across HR Services (in particular Payroll, HR Systems, HR Centre), and third-party suppliers/providers, to deliver efficient administration services to members of the APAC and MEA teams.

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Administration Activities

  • Act as a point of contact for compensation & benefit related employee queries to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Carry out initial query reviews to facilitate responses from HR/employees or Third-Party providers.
  • Implement new process improvements to enhance administration efficiency and work with HR systems and IT to scope and deliver automation where possible.
  • Incentive Plans (bonus and share schemes) - Validate data for the participants and eligibility on a monthly basis. Support post Incentive Plan activities – such as audit reconciliation, ensure payment reports are shared with HR/Payroll for processing.
  • Support the project teams working on Reward cyclical processes, providing high quality analytical support both to the Reward CoE and HR / the business as well as responding to ad hoc requests.
  • Benefits: Data Validation, Administer, analyse and reconcile benefit data and process all invoices for providers and schemes. Support with any communications and work with various stakeholders. Assist with updating information on the regional Infozone pages.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection requirements.

Additional responsibilities

  • Involvement in Total Reward development and improvement projects which align to overall objectives and development opportunities.
