Your role

Responsibilities:

• To provide admin/technical support to a multi-disciplinary office.
• To be a competent user of the various systems/databases / Auto CAD.
• General administration, i.e., filing and data input
• To be a team player and deliver responsibilities by meeting deadlines
• Monitor incoming and outgoing workload and inform the seniors / Team Leader of any issues.
• To liaise with the UK team daily and build up a good working relationship
• To carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by seniors / Line managers.
• To have the flexibility for potentially working UK hours
• To support various Utility Solutions business units as and when required

About You

 

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or other graduates with GIS/ AutoCAD knowledge
• 0 - 2 years experience in technical support with a proven track record instead of qualifications
• Strong Knowledge of Auto CAD Map.
• Proficient use of computers (MS Office, Word).
• Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused, and organized
• Pro-active problem solver
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Confidence in dealing with colleagues/clients within the UK
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to support their business needs
• Enthusiastic, and able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workloads.
