Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Understand and execute drawing information with minimal supervision.
- Assist in interdisciplinary coordination and project administration.
- Develop concept designs and assist in feasibility studies.
- Utilize tools like REVIT for 3D modelling and project tools.
- Engage in research and development of construction materials
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor or Masters in Architecture.
- A basic understanding of architectural design stages and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the planning requirements.
- Ability to assist seniors in the production of the required documents and drawings.
- Ability to locate the source and the information and carry out additional research as instructed.
- Aware of the standards and ability to analyze and understand the document.
- Take minutes of set-up meetings etc.
- Produces area/ accommodation schedules etc. Continues to develop knowledge in Project administration as project work continues.
- Can read and understand client markups and address them neatly with minimal supervisor support.
- Self-check and cross-check if all markups have been incorporated.
- Takes the initiative to carry out research on the materials and is enthusiastic about learning and exploring the materials under minimal supervision of seniors.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new materials and technologies.
- Able to interrogate the information contained within.
