The screening for most jobs at Capgemini India begins with a phone interview with an HR consultant. The questions will focus on a person’s behavioral and technical skills, as well as other specific matters related to the position.

Design Engineers:

• Experience with CATIA V5 on Aircraft structures and/or Airframe Design, Doors/Wings/HTP/VTP/Pylon, and MSI.
• Present and/or Prior work experience with Airbus projects will be highly endorsed
• Legacy conversion of Primary and secondary structural components Using Catia V5 (Machined, Sheet metal, Extruded, Metallic & Composite parts)
• Strong experience in design, 3D modeling of primary structure components like skins, frames, stringers, Clips, etc

Static Engineers:

• Good knowledge of Static Metallic or Composite Primary Structural validation
• Good experience in Load Extraction from GFEM/DFEM using ISAMI and PSN
• Good experience with ISAMI modules ex. CSPS or MSP, Frame, Lug, Composite Bolted Joint Joint Design Value, etc. 

F&DT Engineers:

Expertise in Fatigue and Damage tolerance of metallic structures using FEA and hand calculation
Present and/or Prior work experience with Airbus projects will be highly endorsed
Good working experience with metallic primary and secondary structures.
