Group Cybersecurity creates and manages global security policies, tracks compliance from Business Units and Global Business Lines, provides strong communications, training and awareness campaigns to employees, designs global security architecture based on threats and market evolution, and manages Group Cybersecurity Projects and Operations.

To sustain its development, the Group Cybersecurity team for Operations is looking for an IT Infra & Security Engineer specialized in Microsoft systems and Azure cloud services.

You will be working within a team composed of 20 people located internationally (India, France, Netherlands, and Sweden) and managing the Active Directory services of the Capgemini Group.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Infra & Security Engineer that will help us manage the infrastructure delivering Microsoft Active Directory services to the Capgemini Group. This infrastructure is using the most advanced technology from leading vendors like Microsoft, Quest, Qualys, Fortinet, and FireEye. While quality & IT performance is the foundation, the main focus is on cybersecurity.

By managing that infrastructure, you will contribute to keeping our company secure and protected from breaches and cyberattacks.

The efficiency of our Operations entity also involves cross-team collaboration (SOC & CERT, Group IT, Group Delivery) for the purpose of achieving integrated operations defence or, in simple words, improving business continuity and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Cybersecurity activities
• Administration of firewalls (Fortinet & Microsoft)
• Windows server's security hardening
• Vulnerabilities assessment and mitigation
• FireEye monitoring and security incident response
• Contribute to run and optimising the Microsoft Hyper-V clusters deployed worldwide in Capgemini data centers
  • The technology we use is part of the Microsoft Azure Stack offering
  • It is a high-availability and secure environment (encrypted disks, remotely controlled secure racks, tasks automation, and disaster recovery)
  • SCOM monitoring and auditing are used for quality improvement
• Provide support on running Active Directory services
  • Identities management & Authentication
  • DNS
  • Certificates (PKI)
  • NTP
• Work on developing cloud Azure capabilities (Azure AD, Log Analytics)

Profile / Competencies

No experience is required but a good understanding and high level of interest in running IT infrastructures, with technical knowledge on:

• IT security and Windows Active Directory environments
• PowerShell and scripting techniques
• English is of outstanding importance to delivering technical documentation and interacting daily with international teams.
