Join EY's Rewards team as a Tax Analyst, supporting global clients in developing effective compensation strategies.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participate in the GDS Rewards practice at EY, engaging in global client projects.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of work outputs.
- Work in areas such as Compensation and Benefits Design, Executive Compensation, and Pay Equity.
- Identify trends and opportunities for performance improvements.
- Foster effective communication and relationships with clients and global teams.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- BCOM/BBM degree with strong academic performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Prior consulting or HR experience is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate cross-cultural awareness.
