People Advisory Services Tax Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

The primary role of a Tax Intern is to analyze information to prepare accurate tax returns and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues.

Your key responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts. Proactively expand tax knowledge through client assignments and stay current with tax developments
• Deliver high-quality and timely work
• Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
• Develop client service and engagement - skills
• Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns
• Help create a supportive teaming environment

About you

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills in business English
• Good systematic, verbal and numerical skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduates or Post Graduates preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Basic MS Office knowledge
