Intern- TA Sourcer

EY is looking for interns in the recruiting sourcing domain — with 0 to 6 months years of experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.

The opportunity

EY is looking for interns with learning experience who can attract active & passive candidates. You will partner closely with the Recruitment team to help build the sourcing strategies and partner with the internal stakeholders to execute that plan. They are committed to driving improvements for their business and their people, supportive of the culture and as a result the experience for the customers. Attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by opting for the most effective method for recruiting and attracting. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
  • Define and set the sourcing plans with the help of Senior sources and leads for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team.
  • Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, and recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Manage the company’s image in the marketplace.
  • Candidate management.
  • Working with different ERP tools.
  • Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.
  • Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or Diploma in Human Resources
  • Freshers or 0-6 months of sourcing or recruitment knowledge or experience
  • Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Knowledge and ability in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
