Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage and assist in completing various reconciliations, including faxes, email, and MT message reconciliations.
- Check templates from operations units for bulk scrip code master creation.
- Monitor exceptions for Stock Price/NAV processes.
- Oversee the Admin reject queue for MT messages.
- Generate and upload E-BRCs on the GST portal.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and Operational Memoranda.
- Contribute to productivity improvements for self and team.
- Maintain relationships with internal customers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Uphold HSBC internal control standards and compliance policies.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Registration as a CA student with ICAI and completion of 18 months of Articleship training.
- Minimum graduation or higher as required for the role.
- Pursuing a Chartered Accountant qualification.
