Your role
Responsibilities
Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, Account Servicing and online banking and Mobile Banking requirements.
Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking, lending and startup clients.
Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, and policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
Liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stakeholders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements.
Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
Managing the client's expectations and servicing with customer-centricity is the key responsibility.
Adhering to all internal processes, procedures, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.
About you
Requirements
Minimum Graduation
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
