Your role

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, Account Servicing and online banking and Mobile Banking requirements.
  • Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking, lending and startup clients.
  • Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, and policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
  • Liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stakeholders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements.
  • Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
  • Managing the client's expectations and servicing with customer-centricity is the key responsibility.
  • Adhering to all internal processes, procedures, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.

About you

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
