Join Indian Oil Corporation Limited as an apprentice to gain hands-on experience in various technical and non-technical disciplines across the Eastern Region.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Engage in apprenticeship training in technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Participate in skill-building initiatives across various locations in the Eastern Region.
  • Complete tasks as assigned in compliance with the Apprentices Act.

About you

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • For Technician Apprentice roles, a 3-year diploma in relevant engineering disciplines with specified minimum marks.
  • For Trade Apprentice roles, a matriculation with a 2-year ITI course in relevant trades.
  • For Graduate Apprentice roles, a full-time graduate degree in any discipline with specified minimum marks.
  • Age between 18 and 24 years as of January 31, 2025, with applicable relaxations for reserved categories.

Compensation & benefits

Receive a stipend of INR 4,500 for Graduate Apprentices and INR 4000 for Technician Apprentices as per the Apprentices Act, along with exposure to a Fortune Global 500 company environment.
