Your role

Essential Job functions, duties, and Responsibilities:

• Review and create technical study timelines based on project scope and deliverables using relevant project management tracking tools.  
• Manage ongoing technical team activity, Clinical Reporting tasks, and project backlog, and monitor completion status. 
• Implement training, manage user access, develop reports and solutions for relevant project management tracking tools and software, and perform helpdesk duties for the Project Management tracking tool.
• Attend internal and client meetings where deliverable oversight is required. 
• Provides support where needed on sponsor and cross-departmental communications to ensure a clear message is given where necessary on dealing with challenging situations. 
• Manage Clinical Reporting project documentation including preparation, review, and approval process, and oversee user access management for blinded and unblinded studies.
• Set up and lead internal meetings to facilitate Clinical Reporting deliverables and ensure ongoing communication with project teams. 
• Develop and implement risk management methodologies to identify and address obstacles to the successful completion of scheduled project tasks and activities.
• Educate team members on study budgets, identify and track out-of-scope activities for the studies they are working on, and maintain accountability for notifying Project Managers when additional activities may cause budget overburn.
• Perform monthly time projections and provide time projection support for other Clinical Reporting leads.
