Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborates with the Customer Experience Engineering team to improve user interactions.
- Analyzes customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develops and tests new features to optimize user experience.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to project planning.
About you
Ideal candidates possess the following:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field.
- Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for improving customer experiences through technology.
