Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accurate NAV calculations for hedge fund clients.
- Update client portfolios using Morgan Stanley Portfolio Accounting (MSPA).
- Review accounting and performance-related issues with Account Managers.
- Provide accounting solutions for independent valuation and regulatory compliance.
- Perform middle office functions, including P&L analysis and daily cash projections.
- Review general ledger exceptions and make necessary adjustments.
- Process non-automated transactions, including OTC derivatives.
- Conduct daily and monthly securities pricing analysis.
- Assist with audit support and compliance functions.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of hedge fund processing is advantageous.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage increased workloads at month-end.
- Capability to work as part of a virtual team across different time zones.
- Proficiency in key financial systems and IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
