Your role

The Design organization of HANA & Analytics aims to support their next-generation, industry-leading cloud platform, SAP HANA Cloud Services. Their global team is growing fast, and they are constantly in pursuit of fresh innovations with the most user-friendly and modern cloud experience.

• As a User Experience Designer Associate, you will work with expert Design leads on SAP HANA Cloud Services needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and their fast-paced business grow and evolve.
• You closely collaborate with Development, Product experts, and the UA team and enable users to do their business most effectively and efficiently.

This role involves the following facets:

• Follows ‘User Centric Design’ Process and comes up with intuitive UX
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, gets an understanding of the ask
  • Is equipped to design a desirable experience
  • Tests and validate designs
  • Creates specs of the approved designs
• Are a team player and an enthusiastic participant
• Can follow directions of the lead, and thinks critically, while also well able to work independently
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Actively engages and participates in other design-related activities
• Supports senior designers in crafting screens for detailed design
• Follows directions, while still able to work independently and think critically about the problem at hand.

About you

The requirements for the role are as follows:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or a related field
• A thorough understanding of UX design methodology
• Good working knowledge of design software like Sketch, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines is a plus
