Your role

This role is within the Wipro Insights/Knowledge team, focusing on delivering high-quality, impactful analytical outputs for assigned projects. The goal is to support Wipro practitioners in building client relationships, winning pursuits, and enhancing the brand and reputation of Wipro’s BFSI vertical in the market.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Analyze, and understand client priorities through requirements gathering & elicitation documents
• Support data collection and analysis on a stream of
• Support building core documentation & manuals required( project documents; installation and operating guidelines)
• Learn & eventually execute functional tests and evaluate to ensure the accuracy of the solution
• Help build subject matter expertise in the area of specialization ( Product/Process)
• Steer Business Value Meter initiative which focuses on new-age technologies such as the Internet of Things, Cloud, Digital, Block Chain, and automation.
• Work on strategic theme initiatives of Customer AdvocacyGroup.
• Plan CQO client connects to enhance customer satisfaction, especially in MG/KG accounts.

About you

Qualifications, experiences, and skills required:

• Bachelor of Science from a recognized University
• Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree or MBA (in related fields)
• MS Office tools including Visio / PPT / Word / Excel Preferred
• The candidate must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, able to take ownership and deliver results
• The candidate must be a self-driven, passionate, analytical, problem solver with a technical as well as functional bent of mind.
• He/she should possess strong organizational and time-management skills and can multi-task.
